Goals of counseling
Our goal is to work with you to find ways out of the crisis. The focus is on:
Concrete solutions: Together, we develop steps tailored to your individual situation—whether legal, social, or personal support.
Strengthening your ability to take action: You will receive tools to make your own decisions and shape your life independently.
Mobilising your resources: We help you (re)discover your strengths and build your self-confidence as a woman.
The counseling process
- Initial contact & building trust:
In a safe and supportive environment, we listen to you—without judgment and with absolute confidentiality. You set the pace and choose the topics. - Needs assessment:
Together, we clarify where you currently stand and what goals you wish to achieve. - Individual planning:
Based on your needs, we develop concrete options for action—ranging from acute crisis intervention to long-term support. - Network & referrals:
If needed, we refer you to specialised services (e.g., women’s shelters, lawyers, therapy programs) and, if you wish, support you through the next steps. - Aftercare & Follow-up:
You decide whether and how to proceed. We also offer short-term check-ins to discuss your progress.
